Legal Matters
My music will be copyrighted. You can not call it your own and there must be a reference listed in an obvious way to my site and name. My music can not be edited or changed. You can not sell my music without my permission. Any selling of my music will call for legal challenges. If I accept you selling my music I expect 50% of the sells. We can design a contract for an agreement on sells and usage.
You can only use my music in a way that no one can get it for free. Any reuse of my music in other projects will cost more money. You are only buying my music to be used in the format, video, game or any other media we have discussed. It can not be used in any other way without my permission.

Exclusive rights:
$1,500 USD per song
This gives you the right to use the piece in your work and all other users will be notified to stop using the music in their works.
Full rights does not include selling music individually or as an album/soundtrack.
Non-exclusive:
$150 per song for commercial use
The music is still available for other non-comercial uses.
Not available to sell individually or for albums
